Frank Haasnoot is a world-renowned Dutch pastry chef with more than 28 years of international experience in pastry, chocolate, and dessert innovation. As an ambassador of One Way, Frank represents the creativity, precision, and performance that define our premium piping bags. After completing his pastry education in the Netherlands, Frank built an impressive global career by working in leading pastry environments across New York, Kuwait, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Barcelona. His international background, combined with his dedication to craftsmanship, has made him one of the most respected names in the pastry world. Throughout his career, Frank has competed in both national and international pastry competitions. After achieving success in the Netherlands, he went on to compete at the highest level and, in 2011, won the prestigious World Chocolate Masters in Paris. In 2016, Frank released his pastry book Prisma, showcasing his signature style, technical expertise, and creative vision. A year later, he returned to the Netherlands to begin his freelance career, giving him the freedom to teach, consult, and develop pastry and chocolate projects worldwide. Since 2020, Frank has also expanded his reach through his online store, where pastry professionals can find high-quality tools and equipment for pastry, chocolate, and horeca applications. A four-time Italian Pastry Champion and World Pastry Champion (XV Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, Lyon, France), Emmanuel is also a Maestro AMPI (Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani) and today works as an international consultant and trainer. Originally from Abruzzo, he expressed his creativity for years at Pannamore, where he became known for refined chocolate work and modern pastry. Emmanuel’s drive for perfection has shaped not only his own career, but also his students’: many continuously push their limits, among them teams that have reached major podiums, including 3rd place at the World Cup and 1st place overall in the Artistic Sugar Piece category.
