Frank Haasnoot is a world-renowned Dutch pastry chef with more than 28 years of international experience in pastry, chocolate, and dessert innovation. After completing his pastry education in the Netherlands, Frank built an impressive global career by working in leading pastry environments across New York, Kuwait, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Barcelona. His international background, combined with his dedication to craftsmanship, has made him one of the most respected names in the pastry world. Throughout his career, Frank has competed in both national and international pastry competitions. After achieving success in the Netherlands, he went on to compete at the highest level and, in 2011, won the prestigious World Chocolate Masters in Paris. In 2016, Frank released his pastry book Prisma, showcasing his signature style, technical expertise, and creative vision. A year later, he returned to the Netherlands to begin his freelance career, giving him the freedom to teach, consult, and develop pastry and chocolate projects worldwide.
