Who we are
One Way is a Dutch company specialized in professional piping bags. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and ease of use, we develop products that meet the demands of pastry chefs, bakers, and food professionals around the world.
Exceptional grip and unique quality
Users of these piping bags mainly lacked the grip, and therefore comfort, to work efficiently. One Way decided to meet their demand and introduced a premium piping bag with a rubber outer layer. One Way decided that this newly developed piping bag, with its exceptional grip and unique quality, deserved a distinctive signature. We therefore decided to give it an apple green colour.
Piping bags that meet the highest standards
One Way safeguards the quality of its product range through certified production that meets international standards. Our products undergo independent inspections to ensure they meet the highest standards. The internal quality department continuously monitors consistency in strength, flexibility and colouring. Since 2010, we have successfully achieved BRC certification every year, demonstrating objectively and independently that we meet the highest standards.

Since 2010, we have successfully achieved BRC certification every year, demonstrating objectively and independently that we meet the highest standards. To ensure the quality of our products, One Way has its own quality measurement system and associated equipment. This allows us to perform interim measurements and checks, making our guarantees demonstrable and allowing us to continuously work on improvements.
An essential part of our quality system is traceability. We accurately record which raw materials go into each product, where they come from and which customers the end products are supplied to. As a result, all our packaging is assigned a unique lot code. We know exactly which production line, which team and which raw materials were involved in the production of a product. We are able to trace an individual product back to the exact raw materials used.
Our supply chain is constantly exposed to changing and more stringent requirements and legislation. As a team, we are constantly seeking new solutions and improving our processes and products. At One Way Plastics, we strive to be at the forefront of innovation and meet the ever-evolving demands of our customers.
Who uses our piping bags
One Way piping bags are used by professionals across bakery, pastry, chocolate, foodservice and food production. Each profession has its own techniques, fillings and working methods, which means the role of a piping bag can differ considerably from one application to another.
Below are some of the professionals who use our piping bags in their daily work.
Bakers
In professional bakeries, piping bags are used throughout the production process. Bakers use them to fill pastries, doughnuts and other baked products with creams, custards, jams and savoury fillings, as well as for portioning doughs and batters. With many products prepared in large quantities, a dependable piping bag becomes an everyday bakery tool.
Pastry Chefs
For pastry chefs, the piping bag is closely connected to the finishing and presentation of a creation. It is used for piping creams and mousses, filling choux pastry, assembling desserts and applying detailed decorations. Different fillings and techniques require different levels of flexibility, strength and bag size, making the choice of piping bag an important part of the pastry workstation.
Chocolatiers
Chocolatiers use piping bags for accurately filling pralines and moulded chocolates with ganache, caramel and other fillings, as well as for producing truffles and decorative chocolate work. Because chocolate production often involves relatively small cavities and carefully controlled filling temperatures, a piping bag is a practical tool for depositing the right amount of filling exactly where it is needed.
Cake Decorators
From buttercream swirls and borders to flowers, lettering and detailed finishing, cake decorators use piping bags to turn an idea into the final design. Different tips, consistencies and techniques place different demands on the bag, particularly when working for longer periods with buttercream, frosting or other thick decorating mixtures.
Chefs
Piping bags are not limited to bakery and pastry. In professional kitchens, chefs use them for savoury applications such as mashed potato, vegetable purées, mousses, sauces, stuffings and plated garnishes. They are also useful for preparing filled products and portioning mixtures consistently during mise en place and service.
Caterers & Foodservice Professionals
Catering and foodservice kitchens often need to prepare large numbers of portions within a limited period of time. Piping bags can be used for filling, portioning and finishing both sweet and savoury products, from desserts and canapés to prepared meals. Disposable piping bags are particularly practical where many different preparations are handled during the same production or service.
Food Manufacturers
In food production, piping bags remain useful wherever manual filling or portioning offers more flexibility than fixed dosing equipment. They can be used for smaller production runs, product development, finishing work, rework and applications where different fillings are handled on the same line or workstation. One Way piping bags are available in several sizes and specifications to suit different professional production environments.
Masons, Stonemasons & Restoration Professionals
One Way piping bags are also used outside the food industry. Masons and stonemasons use them for precise mortar and grout application, particularly when working with natural stone, restoration work and detailed joints. The strength and durability of the piping bag make it suitable for handling dense materials, while the narrow opening allows the user to place material accurately where it is needed. This makes the piping bag a practical tool for controlled joint filling and other applications where precision is essential.
At One Way Plastics, we strive to ensure that every product that leaves our company meets the same.
